First of all, when the froth pump impeller is adjusted, it is necessary to stop the operation of the froth pump equipment, then loosen the tight bearing body and studs, increase the adjusted gasket between the bearing body of the froth pump and the expected link, and then move the bearing assembly upward, and rotate the pump shaft according to the direction of the froth pump operation by hand. Until the impeller of the froth pump and the protection plate appear slight friction.

When the lining of the froth pump is a metal liner, the interval between the impeller and the shield can be adjusted between 0.5-1mm. When the lining of the froth pump is a rubber liner, the bearing assembly of the froth pump moves down, so that the impeller and the sheath contact. The total movement of the bearing assembly is measured, and half of the amount is taken as the interval between the impeller and the sheath.

Then the bearing body and the expected link place between the adjustment gasket, so as to ensure the correct interval between the impeller and the sheath, after adjustment, to start, it is necessary to check again whether the impeller rotation is normal, whether the fastener is tightened, and then start the froth pump.
